Website privacy notice

This notice describes the information handled by the S.V. La Costa Enterprise Inc. website.

Information you choose to submit

General and product enquiries request your name, company, at least one contact method, and any message or product details you choose to provide. A website account is not created for public visitors.

Anonymous product-list storage

Your product enquiry list is stored in your browser until you clear it or successfully submit it. It contains selected product identities, estimated cases, and line notes only. It does not store your name, company, email address, or phone number.

How enquiries are used

Submitted information is used to review and respond to your business request, confirm product or service details, and maintain an internal record of the conversation. Enquiries are emailed to a private staff recipient and are also stored in the protected administration area so an email transport issue does not lose the request.

Retention

Active enquiries remain available while the business conversation is being managed. When an administrator marks an enquiry Closed, it receives an automatic deletion date twelve months later. Reopening it removes that scheduled deletion date.

Sessions and local preferences

The site uses a session for security controls such as form validation and administration sign-in. The first-visit welcome preference and anonymous product list use browser local storage. This site does not add social-media trackers or an advertising analytics service.
